Blackbird Designs Free Petite Lettres Rouges

I wanted to make this design from Barb & Alma into a needlebook and over the bank holiday weekend I had the time to do it.
This is a photo of the front

This is the inside.

I made some accessories to match the needlebook.

I also made this beaded scissor fob to put my gorgeous little hornbook on, it is so sweet my initials are engraved on it. It was made for me by Bloom Woodworks

Thanks for visiting my blog I am off to see my daughter for a coffee now

Moreen,

This is just beautiful! Love the way you finished the needlebook. I will have to send your blog address to Barb. I know she will want to see too.

Hugs,
Alma

This is beautiful. I love the gathered pocket on the needlebook and the matching elements are fab! It looked even better in my craft room when you brought it over earlier, perhaps is should stay there for a while....

Gosh, you were busy over the Bank Holiday Mum! It all looks gorgeous!

I was hoping to finally get my needlebook finished and make more of the fabric covered bobbins while Colin was away on his course for a few days, but I've been busy catching up with housework instead! :o(

Hey, Mo, how on earth did you put those corners on your needle book? It's gorgeous, and so are your accessories. Love the way you beaded that tiny hornbook--might have to do that with mine. Good job on everything, love your blog!

I just love your needlebook. Is that your own design or did you get the needlebook instructions somewhere? It's beautiful and I'd like to make one.

Thanks
